The "Nice Night" app is my UX/UI case study, which aims to enhance people's experiences in pubs and restaurants, making them more enjoyable and safe.

Problem and Goal
Post COVID-19 in Thailand, the nightlife business will regain popularity. However, pre-pandemic, there were accidents and cases of intoxication in pubs and restaurants.
My goal is to study user preferences and make the nightlife experience enjoyable, safe, and seamless for customers and businesses.

Product
The "Nice Night" app enhances user's nighttime experiences by offering advanced booking and event planning options, secure transportation options with the "Drink Don't Drive" feature, and creating an inclusive community where everyone feels safe and welcome.

Impact
The implemented solutions were successful, with around 80% satisfaction from users and business owners. The project successfully bridged the gap between customer enjoyment and business prosperity in the nightlife industry.

After the COVID-19 pandemic in Thailand, I believe the nightlife business will regain its popularity. However, before the pandemic, there were many cases and news about accidents in pubs and restaurants as well as instances of people getting intoxicated.
My goal is to study user preferences for nightlife activities and find ways to make the nightlife experience enjoyable,safe and seamless for both customers and business owners.

Problem: Communication can be challenging when users need to know all the costs and options, leading to mistakes in information.
Customer journey
I found that pubs and restaurants have three different types of activities.
1. General :
Customers come and hang out as usual.
2. Music Events:
When pubs and restaurants host events like concerts.
3. Holding Parties:
When customers need a private party space, such as for a birthday or a welcoming parties for freshmen.

Feature 1 : Table Reservation Management
This feature streamlines the process of booking tables, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both customers and venue owners.
Feature 2 : Event Coordination
In Thailand, hosting parties in pubs is a beloved tradition. This feature facilitates seamless communication between pub owners and customers, streamlining event coordination
Feature 3 : The Ticket Booking System feature
Users can book tickets, choose the number of tickets they require and select their preferred seats. We use a trusted payment gateway to ensure secure transactions. Users receive confirmation emails or notifications after the booking is complete.
Feature 4 : Drink Dont Drive
My project offers a safe option for people who have consumed alcohol and need a ride. I also provided female drivers upon request and a "Help Me" button for emergency situations.
Feature 5 : Bill Splitting
My project incorporates a convenient feature for individuals looking to divide expenses after completing a meal together
Feature 6 : Smart Toilet Queue Management
This feature is for those who prefer not to wait in line for the restroom. This app will notify you when it's your turn, ensuring a more efficient and comfortable experience.
Feature 7 : Blood Alcohol Level Calculator
My project offers a blood alcohol calculator feature, helping you avoid legal issues and stay safe. It assists you in assessing your current alcohol level, enabling you to make informed decisions for your well-being.

I created a click-through prototype using Figma for usability tests with existing users. I observed users completing tasks via screen sharing on Zoom and gathered feedback, which was 80% positive.
I enjoyed interacting with users and designing for their benefit.

My goal is to study user preferences for nightlife activities and find ways to make the nightlife experience enjoyable, safe, and seamless for both customers and business owners.
I understand that people have different types of enjoying their nightlife in pubs and restaurants and know the reasons behind their behaviors as well as I provide solutions for users and 80 percent of them like it as well as business owners,
I am proud of my successful project.
